Pico W virtual lab
Free ($0) is the block builder and the Pico W simulator. Standard ($30/month) adds ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Makeblock, USB upload, and .py downloads. Premium ($50/month) adds online project saves.
The Lab is the studio blocks plus a virtual Pico W. You do not type in a second editor. The blocks you already snapped come with you.
-
Press Open Studio and snap blocks, or open a sample such as Blink an LED. No account is needed.
-
Press Lab in the studio. The same blocks open at the Pico W Lab.
-
On a tablet or computer, drag a part onto the breadboard. Drag from one dot to another to add a wire. An LED without a resistor shows a warning.
-
Press Run. Words from print() show in the console. Stop ends the program. Reset clears the pins.
-
Press Turtleback Rover to drive a car on a track. The same blocks read the distance sensor and turn the motors.
A phone shows a short reading view. Dragging parts needs a wider screen.
The layout stays in this browser. It is not an online account save. The robot track is part of the free lab.
